Community intervention study was carried out among two manufacture plants of a multinational chemical company in Shanghai during 2008 to 2009. Totally 246 employees in control group and 233 in intervention group were involved. The average age was (34.7 +/- 13.2) years old and (31.1 +/- 11.9) years old, respectively. Four stages of the theory of organizational change were implemented in the intervention group.
Application for Community Counseling Resources George Albee, commonly known as the “father” of prevention, stated in 1958 that the mental health profession will never be able to train enough mental health professionals to adequately treat those individuals with mental health problems.
Application for Community Counseling Resources
The solution, he suggested, is to target mental health services toward the prevention of mental health difficulties (Albee, 1959). The counseling profession as a whole has prevention at its historical and aspirational roots, and marriage, couple, and family counseling is no exception. In fact, marriage, couple, and family counseling possesses unique qualities that can aid in preventative interventions to families and couples across the lifespan.
Application for Community Counseling Resources
Like a marriage, couple, and family counselor, you will be required to be aware of and be able to evaluate the mental health services provided in your community, from treatment to primary preventative interventions. For this Assignment, select one issue from the following list: substance abuse, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, child/adolescent drug/alcohol abuse, or depression. Identify a resource in your own community that provides primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions for the issue you selected. Then, consider any gaps that may exist in the interventions provided and how you might address them.

Albee, G. W. (1959). Mental health manpower trends. New York: Basic Books.
The assignment (2–3 pages)
Analyze primary, secondary, and tertiary couple and family counseling interventions provided by community resources. Remember that “primary services” focus mainly on preventative efforts and those services geared towards early intervention. “Secondary services” can be described as those services, such as screening, assessment, and intervention in which direct care is provided for active concerns and issues.
Application for Community Counseling Resources
“Tertiary Care” is defined as specialized care and/or services provided to a client family upon referral, such as vocational rehabilitation, case management, and specialized aftercare.”(Ballard, n.d.)
Identify the issue you selected. Describe the community resource you selected related to this issue, including the primary, secondary, and/or tertiary intervention(s) it provides for your community. Describe any gaps that may exist in the interventions that the resource provides. Explain how you might address these gaps. Be specific.
Draft a response paper. Should Texas’s rewrite its law of parties’ statutes? If so how? What modifications should be made? If not why not? Support your conclusion with sound logic. In the United States, there are two bodies of law whose purpose is to deter or punish serious wrongdoing or to compensate the victims of such wrongdoing. Criminal law deals with behavior that is or can be construed as an offense against the public, society, or the state—even if the immediate victim is an individual.

You may also want to explain unique aspects of your academic background or valued experiences you may have had that relate to your academic discipline. The statement of purpose is not meant to be a listing of accomplishments in high school or a record of your participation in school-related activities. Rather, this is your opportunity to address the admissions committee directly and to let us know more about you as an individual, in a manner that your transcripts and other application information cannot convey……….I want someone to rewrite my essay in a way that I can explain myself better and outstand to the admission committee.

ìGraduate School Applicationî Project Instructions
In order to motivate you and help you prepare to apply for a Masters or doctoral degree program in counseling, psychology or an allied area of mental health care, you are to select a graduate program and complete their required application materials. Specifically,
You are to download a graduate college application for a graduate program (in counseling, psychology or an allied mental health area) of your choice and complete the application for submission. (You are NOT actually applying; this is merely for the assignment, and to learn the process of applying. Do NOT actually send out the application, or pay any fees!)
Develop a thorough Justification Statement that clearly articulates why (specifically) you believe that you are a good match academically for the program given the nature and type of training being offered, the types of courses being taught and the practice or research interests of the faculty. Please be aware that merely wanting to do this is not much of justification; the college wants to hear much more about this other than your needs/desires. (This should be at LEAST one FULL pageÖanything less is inadequate.)
Develop a thorough Personal Statement that helps the admitting faculty get to know you and understand what it is about you that makes you suitable for training in their program and likely a unique individual that would add to their incoming training class. Please be sure to address personal, social, cultural or any other issues that you believe are pertinent to you being an application that they will want to admit. (This should be at LEAST one FULL pageÖanything less is inadequate.)
DO NOT COMBINE THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AND THE PERSONAL STATEMENT!!!
Sharing Child Skills Checklist with Parents for Observation Describe the possible pros and cons of sharing the Child Skills Checklist with parents for home observation of their child.
Discuss what parents could learn from such observations and the sharing of results with the teacher. This descriptive study examined classroom activity settings in relation to children’s observed behavior during classroom interactions, child gender, and basic teacher behavior within the preschool classroom. 145 children were observed for an average of 80 minutes during 8 occasions across 2 days using the inCLASS, an observational measure that conceptualizes behavior into teacher, peer, task, and conflict interactions. Findings indicated that on average children’s interactions with teachers were higher in teacher-structured settings, such as a large group.
