This is a Team Assignment. The same Essay Team will work to create the Outline Assignment. The purpose of the Outline Assignment is to create a detailed Outline for the Statistics Model for Evidence-Based Practice in Major PowerPoint Presentation. Before starting, choose one Research Design for the Model Building Assignment in Week 7, (Quantitative or Qualitative), that will be one slice of the pie chart that shows elements of the Model. Create a Pie Chart in Microsoft Word and insert the choice.

Next, choose a statistical tool to match the research design, (t-test, Chi square, Mann Whitney U, other), that will be another slice of the pie.

EBP, (evidence-based practice), and phenomena will be two more slices of your 4 slice pie chart model.

Next, create an APA formatted title page and a reference page. Divide topics among the team and look for a minimum of five references no older than 2015 to 2019 to write content below each of the Assignment criteria.

Next, format a Microsoft Word document and use the Assignment criteria below for Roman Numeral titles and outline a statistical model that includes:

  1. an introductory paragraph with two to three sentences that tells the audience what you plan to present. All Assignment criteria will be included.
  2. Purpose of the Model: Create a four-slice pie chart in Microsoft Word that shows the components of the Model and paste the Statistics Model for Evidence-Based Practice in Major pie chart here. Explain the purpose of the model under the chart.

III.  Elements of a Phenomena: Discuss the elements of a phenomenon and explain how the Model measures elements of phenomena. Explain how the statistics test measures elements of the phenomena.

  1. Statistical Significance: explain how your Model’s statistics test determines statistical significance;
  2. Evidence-Based Practice: explain how the Model contributes to the development of evidence-based practice in your academic major. The Data, Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom practice framework may be used in this section (DIKW).
