Multiculturalism and Diversity in Social Work Practice The aim of the research is to analyze whether social work practice in the Uk take into account cultural and ethnic differences when assessing and working with children or if they use a standardized ethnocentric assessment system.
This is to concentrate on the practices that relate to black and ethnic minorities and asylum seekers. The researcher will
conduct intreviews with social workers from different ethic groups as
well as doing a survey online.please also include the possible ethical
issues that may arrise during the data collection process.
