Spending priorities
If you were a California state legislator, what would be your spending priority, and why? Break down your analysis in percentages (i.e. I would spend 40% on K-12 education 10% higher education, 10% on welfare, etc..) Please look at the budget section (chapter 8 of your California book) for guidance. In your answer, please analyze items from the 2018-2019 fiscal year budget
