Analyze the issue of immigration and how it relates to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Question: Following a directive issued by the Trump administration, the Justice Department announced that it would end the DACA program. However, President Trump has called on Congress to take action on this issue. Therefore, do you believe that Congress should pass legislation that would allow these undocumented immigrants, who were brought to the United States as children, to remain in the United States? Do you think this would be constitutional or unconstitutional for Congress to do this? Please explain and justify your answers.
