Discuss Nettye Handy Evans dilemma and in your opinion is the land fight worthy…why or why not?
Read Bayley Wyat’s testimony in paragraph two of the textbook, starting with “we
has a right to the land where we are located” etc. After reading Wyat’s complete
testimony what are your thoughts…does he have a valid point?
