Imagine that you are a health psychologist for a community healthcare organization that is working to implement the Collaborative Care Model in their agency. The head of the organization has asked you to conduct staff training around cultural sensitively and diversity given that the clinic serves a very diverse and low-income population.
Prepare a PowerPoint for your training session. Please ensure to address cultural sensitively when working with patients as well as working with staff as the Collaborative Care Model requires healthcare workers to practice using an ethical, team-based approach. Be sure to include a list of resources that the staff can use to continue their education after the training.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists, and should cite material appropriately.
Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
