You should base your review on:
1. Gaining an understanding of the
nature of entrepreneur- ship and its role in business.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of entrepreneurial behaviour including approaches to teamwork, communication, creativity, innovation, risk-taking and ethical
responsibility. With the end of the year approaching, now is an excellent time to take inventory of your most important business assets. Your employees should be at the top of that list. Keep in mind that employee assessments should be an ongoing process, not something that happens once a year.
