External Environmental Pressures and Constraints All students are individually required to identify an organization of their own choice, and describe, analyze and evaluate its effectiveness in combating external pressures and constraints, using theories, models and diagnostic instruments developed or discussed during the course i.e., your OD topics covered in the course like teambuilding, interpersonal skills etc.

The organization should be identified early in the semester so that is may be used as an ongoing “living case” to reflect upon with regard to various topics covered.
Each student will be required to present its findings in a written report.

External Environmental Pressures and Constraints Paper Requirement

All reports should be 6-8 pages with a covering page and references. Reports should follow this format:
