Kinesiology analysis

This is a Kinesiology analysis on an exercise.the exercise I chose was a Spider-Man Plank.the paper is not long in length but it needs to be very detailed. And it needs to be broken down into 4 phases of the movement.

Kinesiology, as it is known in physical education, athletic training, physical therapy, orthopedics, and physical medicine, is the study of human movement from the point of view of the physical sciences. The study of the human body as a machine for the performance of work has its foundations in three major areas of study—namely, mechanics, anatomy, and physiology; more specifically, biomechanics, musculoskeletal anatomy, and neuromuscular physiology.

‘Spider-Man crawl’ involves staying in a low down press-up position, then bringing one hand forward, while bringing the opposite knee up on the other side so that it’s close to your elbow. From here you will then simply repeat the movement with the opposite hand and opposite arm in order to gradually move forward.
