The term paper is broken up in different sections that you need to address. Make sure to include the subtitles in your paper as follows:
Part 1- Management skills and competencies

Part 2- Self Assessment
Do the Self Assessment test on pages 27 and 28
Provide a summary of your results and reflect on what areas you need to improve to become a better manager based on what you learned in class to date and your reading. (Feel free to also consult other sources)
Paper format: The format of this paper should be as follows: Times News Roman size 12, double spaced, Sources cited in APA format, include a reference page (should be at least 3 pages long not including your reference page).
