Inclusion criteria (your job is to include these parameters): patients of all ages interacting with a provider, provider interacting with patients for direct care purposes only, acute and chronic conditions, how telemedicine was used for each of these criteria (telephone only interactions don’t count, so any sources you find outside of these criteria should not be considered)
additional criteria: men and women ages 18-55, children between the ages of 6 and 15. NO pregnancy 3 months before the study began
SETTING: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
