Program Planning Leadership Report
Journal Instructions
This aspect has three elements:
Preparation of planning committee meeting agendas and meeting Chair role, at least once per student
Preparation of planning committee minutes and meeting Recorder role, at least once per student
Completion of an Program Planning Leadership Log Entry (Appendix 1) for each weekly planning
committee meeting and at least three other significant experiences during the planning process (early on, in the middle and near the end).
Final report must include all weekly meeting agendas and meeting minutes
