Reflective Journal
Greetings Learners
Please provide your assigned journal entries online below on BB
Journals
Keeping a journal has many goals. The essence of journaling is to have an ongoing dialogue with oneself. Keeping a holistic journal is a means of recording your journey into a new realm of awareness about your own health and wellness practices. This holistic approach brings with it changes in thinking and in ways of being, not just ways of doing. Journaling is one way to evaluate and observe your growth and ongoing learning. Some reasons for writing a journal are to focus and clarify your thinking, create community, read your own mind, identify and explore feeling(s), heal the past, discover personal resources, improve communications, build bridges from the outer to the inner self.
