Following Seminar 1 write your current research question.
B. Research Methodology The research will employ both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.  This choice of methodology is based on the desire to gain trend insights and the human touch.  In the findings the qualitative data will assist in understanding the patterns of quantitative analysis
What methodology would you propose to test your research question and why this is the best one?
C. Theoretical Foundation and/or Conceptual Framework The study will be guided by conceptual theories that will make it easier to understand, dynamics, interpret and forecast development and outcomes within the Hispanic community.  To best address the questions, the study will use both the Social Learning Theory (SLT) and the Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR).  The SLT will allow for focus on the following learning and modeling behavior – Reproduction, Attention, Motivation and Reproduction.  On its part, the CBPR will allow the study to be sensitive and to connect attitudes and behavior.  The behavior will be based on and guided by behavioral, normative and control beliefs.
