Compare and contrast Mills and Gerth’s theory of society, theory of social order as a whole, and theory of social agent (chapter 1 and 2 of character and social structure) with Znaniecki’s theory of society (chapter 1 of Modern nationalities; chapter 2 and 3 of The Method of Sociology). Make sure you discuss how Mills and Gerth circumscribe and classify societies and how Znaniecki circumscribes and classifies societies.
