Special population report
Special Population Report- Students will select one population (Babies, Kids, Women, Men, Athletes, or Elders) and write a 2 page (double spaced) report about the particular nutritional needs and dietary challenges this group faces.
Use one of Duyff’s chapters 16-21 as a starting point. Must have two additional sources cited with APA.
The book is called Complete food & Nutrition Guide by Roberta L. Duyff
