Training accommodations for the disabled
Think about your role as a trainer/instructor making preparations. Take into consideration these different types of people: visually impaired, paraplegic, and hearing impaired.
What kind of accommodations to the training facilities (classroom/training room) would need to be made for each to be able to be successful in training? What about you as the trainer/instructor…what changes, if any, should her/she make to be sure the person is getting the full value of the training in regards to the different types of disabilities?
