Intervention Opinion on Living with Schizophrenia After watching the video clips on living with schizophrenia, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48YJMOcykvc) and after reading the chapter titled “Schizophrenia” from your textbook I want you to take a position on the following stance: Medication is required to treat chronic schizophrenia.
If you agree, explain why psychoanalytic, cognitive and humanistic therapies alone would not be very effective in treating schizophrenia. Explain what these theories suggest would be the cause of the disordered and the proposed treatment, and why it might not work.
