Sous Chef by Michael Gibney Book Review This week we are going to be looking at Sous Chef by Michael Gibney. For your response, you need to read the first 82 pages, the end of the chapter “Getting There” and before the chapter “Break“.
A couple of things to pay attention to as you read through this book: Sous Chef is written in a very different style than most books. Where other books may adopt a first person or third person narrator, this one opts for the very rarely used second person narrative. The goal, of course, to get you to feel like you are actually part of what is going on.
