Summative Interprofessional Working Assessment Each student will submit a reflective account of an episode of care and their experience of interprofessional working.
They should relate their experience to what they have learnt during the module and relevant theory including professional identity, teamwork, communication, collaborative practice and service user outcomes Students must discuss what they have learnt from their experience and what can be applied to future practice. Students will be required to use a chosen model of reflection with a brief rationale for why they have chosen their particular model. Students must acknowledge and adhere to the NMC Code regarding patient confidentiality.
