The only solution is to have a patient-centred Medicare which will reduce all the problems which have been there for mortality rate and the readmission because of the relapse of the problems.

The patient –centred Medicare will take the services close to the patients, and there will be an observation by the head of centres to ensure it is efficient and satisfying to family members. Readmission rate is the challenging issue which would be solved by the proposal. Before the implementation of the plan, there has been lengthy hospitalization of patients which led to high cost of Medicare. Readmission has caused the patient’s speed a lot of money and in return get inadequate healthcare.
