Management of GIADs (gastrointestinal angiodysplasias). Pharmacological treatment ,hormonal therapy,Thalidomide,somatostatin analogues ( with tables, for example table showing summary of studies analyzing the effect of hormonal therapy in the management of GI bleeding due to ADs divided to authors , study design ,patients, therapy schedules , follow-ups and results) . and also endoscopic therapy of GIADs bleeding.
