Part 2: Literature Review – The objectives of this project include the following: the student will understand the essence and purpose of a literature review, will practice scholarly research skills, will enhance writing ability, will facilitate their understanding of plagiarism and proper research citing, and will understand the value of creating and utilizing a topic outline.
Each student will use the Literature Review health topic that was used in their Annotated Bibliography (Part 1). Each student will apply research skills learned from our Library guest speaker.
The project will include:
Literature Review Grading Rubric
A graded annotated bibliography
A title page (any format is fine as long as you include: your name, HESC 320, Section time, title of paper and date)
A one-page, topic outline
A 5-Page Literature Review (the review must contain all 6 scholarly research citations in APA formatting). Must be in 12 point font, in Arial or Times New Roman and have 1 inch margins.
Reference page (APA formatted)
Print out and Include the 1st page of each scholarly journal article
