A function that creates a string of the path to a directory
Given a folder with images in it, create an HTML page named index.html that contains links to each JPEG file in the directory as follows:
Write a function that creates a string of the path to a directory.
Generate a thumbnail (half the size) copy of each image.
Use makeEmptyPicture to create a blank picture in the correct size, then scale down the original picture into the blank picture.
Name the new image “half-” + the original filename (e.g., if the original filename was fred.jpg, save the half-size image as half-fred.jpg). The anchor in the link to each full-size picture should be the half-size image.

There are rules of thumb that guide each qualitative approach. Review Patton’s chapter on sampling types, and study sampling strategies in research articles on the approach you have chosen.
Review the articles on data saturation and theoretical saturation, and consider which criteria you will follow to estimate how many. Remember, in qualitative research, one case can be enough. If your phenomenon is complex or you are interested in a range of experiences, then you will need more cases.
Reflect on your research problem and question. What are the essential characteristics of participants that you want to recruit?
Research Question
What are the lived experiences of stable recovery through on-line rehabilitation services for women with substance use disorders living in rural north Georgia?
The nature of this study will be qualitative inquiry with a phenomenological approach that will focus on the lived experiences of women living in rural north Georgia who utilize online treatment for recovery from substance use disorder.
Sources and Types of Data
Data will be collected with semi-structured in depth one-on-one interviews.
Transcription of the audio recording used during the interview process of data collection will be used
Observations from the interviews
Prepare a Discussion post in which you address the following:
Present the most current version of your research question and state the phenomenon of interest.
Describe the criteria for inclusion and exclusion.
Describe in detail the choices for sample size, data saturation, and theoretical saturation. Justify your choices with citations of research studies that use the same strategy and/or of methodological articles that describe the rationale.
Put yourself in the participant’s position, and consider the assurances you would want to hear to ensure that your privacy is respected and that your identity will not be revealed when the study is published. Include those assurances in your invitation.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEVEL AND ITS LABOR COST OUTCOME IN FMCG SECTOR FOR DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONAL MEMORY TYPES
Literature Review was made mainly about DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEVEL AND ITS LABOR COST OUTCOME IN FMCG SECTOR FOR DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONAL MEMORY TYPES
The literature review basically focused on;
Problem Statement: In todays world, companies are in a busy period for digital transformation. The one of main focus point for digitalization is eliminating non value added activity and based on that, decreasing the labor cost. But in this stage, organizational memory types may reflect digitalization speed or level for companies. Some old fashion organizational memory types may resist for digitalization but some young type organizations may accelerate the change speed. To support this argument, we may check the ten-year past and see how this venture companies live long. After some calculations, we may show the labor cost effect based on digitalization for different type of organizational memories.
Finally, two hypothesis that I want (you may suggest better one) :
1.Digital transformation level has a negative relationship with labor cost of FMCG companies.
2.Organizational and cultural memory characteristics directly affects the change rate of digital transformation level in FMCG sector.
I kindly request from you to complete:
3. MAIN ARGUMENT
3.1 Hypothesis
3.2 Problem Statement
3.3 Aim
3.4 Objectives
3.5 Target Audience
3.6 Impact
4. DATA AND METHODOLOGY
5. TEST RESULTS
6. CONCLUSION
