Tidal Model and Therapeutic Interactions You will document your therapeutic interactions with an assigned client(s) (use only initials for clients to maintain confidentiality) using the theory of the interpersonal communication skills, essential interpersonal elements, and the Ten Commitments.
Within the introduction, you are to provide an introduction to the paper, information about who the resident is, who you are and what commonalities you and the resident share.

You will consistently demonstrate your understanding and ability to exhibit each of the communication skills, for example, open questions, reflecting feelings, clarification and each interpersonal element, for example, concreteness, warmth, at least once throughout the paper. Name the skill/element that you are using to demonstrate understanding – see the attached assessment of interpersonal skills for a list of skills that should be used at least once in your assignment.
This assignment must be done as a Word document following APA sixth (6th) edition format. There should be approximately one page per Commitment. Submit the document with your last name as the file name.
